ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Due to high demand and limited availability, priority is given to hardship situations involving the conditions of the home.

You may qualify if you are able to provide documentation showing

  • An active Housing court case related to the home/apartment (not non payment of rent)
  • ACS  involvement related  to the  condition of the home 
  • A REQUIRED deadline to clean or restore the home in order to regain custody or maintain placement of children
  • A documented health or safety concern related to severe living conditions



This program is intended for individuals and families facing overwhelming home conditions and urgent circumstances.
