ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Due to high demand and limited availability, priority is given to hardship situations involving the conditions of the home.

You may qualify if you are able to provide documentation showing

An active Housing court case related to the home (not non payment of rent)
ACS involvement AND A REQUIRED deadline by the court to clean or restore the home in order to regain custody or maintain placement of children

This program is intended for individuals and families facing overwhelming home conditions and urgent circumstances.
